We at Direct Contact Inc. (DCI) are excited to celebrate our 20-year anniversary.

This week Jackie Weldon, Account Manager, shares some of the creative ways in which DCI has helped address unique business needs over the past 20 years. Working closely with each client, DCI designs and implements projects, provides outstanding contractors, and adds value to each and every company with whom we work.

"By harnessing our resources, we deliver high quality services to our clients that not only meet but exceed their expectations," says Weldon. Weldon shares two types from the many diverse projects we do: Field Trials Support and Claims Management.

On field trials support projects we supplement our clients' headcount by locating the right people with the right backgrounds and skill sets who can act as the eyes and ears for our clients out in the field. Our teams make observations, work closely with cooperators, are present at harvest, and follow-up with the cooperators to ensure they get their data submitted on time. This allows our clients to extend their reach and make more effective use of their time. This is a definite "win-win" situation for both our clients and DCI. This is proven by the fact that we have been providing field trials support for one of our clients for over 13 years.

On our claims management projects we are able to reduce the burden of our clients' local sales teams by making available a team of highly-qualified professionals to assist in evaluating and settling claims. This frees up the client's own sales teams, allowing them to focus on higher value activities.

Our clients rely on DCI's 20-year reputation in the industry to overcome some of the challenges they encounter in a way no one else can.
